I would like to propose a summit to draft guidelines for writing mathematical expressions in code.

The outcome of this summit would be a set of rules that people could also use to write tools to format maths as we, the Scientific Python community, see fit. There has been some early discussion with Blackās development team, and if as a community we manage to agree on something, we could have an impact and drive some change. This is fairly important as Black is becoming the de facto way to format Python code.
