What use have y'all seen of ChatGPT in scientific Python

My university has got interested in ChatGPT of late, for various reasons - and our head of IT posted a tweet suggesting that many developers routinely have a ChatGPT window open when working.

I haven’t used it myself - but - has anyone tried ChatGPT for Scienfitic Python work? Is it useful? If so, what is it good at, and where do you think this technology is heading, in programming?

Though personally I do find this use-case quite compelling given my own personal bandwidth/interest level in type annotations!
