I’ve submitted a PR for implementing SPEC007 for differential_evolution.
This concerns a gradual transition away from legacy random number generation towards the new np.random.Generator. Given this is the first cab off the rank for a SPEC007 change I thought I’d bring it to people’s attention, so we do it the right way.
