I am one of the SciPy maintainers who is looking into improvements that can be made to docs.scipy.org, in particular to deal with the recent instability on that site and improve scaling. I would like to be able to view the site analytics, on views.scientific-python.org.
I plan to use this access to answer several questions, such as the following:
- On average, how does the number of page hits relate to the number of HTTP hits seen by Apache? (It might be interesting to divide one a time series of one by the other, and look for discrepancies.)
- What is the distribution of browsers in use on the site?
Could I have access to this dashboard? I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask; I am asking here because there is a comment in the SciPy source code saying that the services is managed by the Scientific-Python community.
