I’m very excited to introduce the new PyAOS category on Scientific Python Discourse!
The PyAOS community has had a traditional mailing list for about a decade now, but for the past few years we’ve been looking for a more modern alternative / replacement. The Scientific Python initiative is all about community building, so it’s a perfect fit.
If you haven’t already, sign up for an account at https://discuss.scientific-python.org/, navigate to the new PyAOS category and click the bell icon in the top right corner to get notifications.
I’ll leave the old PyAOS mailing list up for about a month or two to give people time to transition over, but going forward the PyAOS category on Scientific Python Discourse will be the place for community discussion. Feel free to create a topic and join the discussion!
